What is the warranty coverage on Powertec machines?
We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, 3 years on component parts (such as pulleys and cables), and 1 year on pads and grips to ensure your investment is protected.
Can I return equipment if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
